The online shop www.ThatWINESHOP.com is owned by That WINESHOP Limited in the UK. All products in the online store and their corresponding payment transactions made through this website are the responsibility of That WINESHOP Limited. When you trade with us, you also accept and acknowledge all applicable conditions as our customer.

Alcohol is only sold to people who are allowed to purchase alcohol according to the locally applicable regulations.

That WINE SHOP only sell wine in cases of minimum 6 bottles.



We reserve the right to price changes as a result of price changes from our suppliers. Prices may, at conditions stated herein, be subject to change without notice.



All items in the shop are either in stock or can be obtained from the supplier unless otherwise is notified. 



We work with local carriers to ensure secure and timely delivery. If something happens to the goods during transport, please report to us and we will contact the carriers and provide refunds or delivery of new products. In case of complaints, please contact post@ThatWINESHOP.com



Payment is done via PayPal. No card numbers or personal payment information are saved by our online store. Payment transactions are handled online with direct authorization of the buyer and seller.



Upon cancellation of orders during the purchase, the goods will not be subject to money charges.


Return Policy

Only items that are unopened can be returned within 14 days. The goods must be sent at buyer's expense to our warehouse in London (LCB) marked with the order number and That WINE SHOP Limited. We will refund the cost of goods, while taxes and fees must be claimed by local state agencies. Please notify us of all returns in advance to post@ThatWINESHOP.com


 Incorrect or missing deliveries

If you are missing an item or have received the wrong item in your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. Send us an e-mail at post@ThatWINESHOP.com, entering the invoice / order number and the item that is missing or incorrectly delivered. Should we have made a mistake, we will correct it at no extra charges. If you notice that a package is damaged, you must report this immediately on the spot. If you discover shipping damage only when you get home and have opened the package, please bring your entire shipment including packaging back to the post office/carrier and fill out a claim form. Should you have received a damaged item, please contact us without delay. It is important that you do not dispose of the original packaging as we might need it in connection with our insurance.


Personal safety

We do not store any other customer information beyond what is needed to ship your goods, nor do we sell such information. When paying by credit card, we are using a secure remote solution where card numbers and bank information are not saved in our web shop. That WINE SHOP, as the seller, is responsible for transactions that go through the website.
